Due to spammers who noticed Trac as popular link spamming and spam hosting platform we've limited the system openness. So, to submit tickets:

1. ​Register and
2. Boost your role by ​contacting Quintagroup and providing:
   • the registered login name
   • what you intend to do

Thank you and sorry for inconvenience. We hope as Trac matures, we'll upgrade the installation and install SpamPlugin that should help to fight spam with submissions opened to Anonymous.
