Due to spammers who noticed Trac as popular link spamming and spam hosting platform we've limited the system openness. So, to submit tickets:

1. ​Register and
2. Boost your role by ​contacting Quintagroup and providing:
   • the registered login name
   • what you intend to do

We hope as Trac-0.10 matures, we'll upgrade the installation and install SpamPlugin that should help to fight spam with submissions opened to Anonymous.
