     14  One of properties is server url address, this is the property that contains url address of provider server. The next one is SMSPolicy, this property has two states: free and enfoceOriginator. 'Free' means that you can set phone number of anybody at sender field, 'enforceOriginator' means that phone number of sender will defined at 'mtMessageOriginator' property.  
     15Also you must set 'ProvidrID' property. 
     16And now you can write your message, publish it and send to destination.
